Start with the economics of one workflow. These editable assumptions are illustrative, not a price quote or a forecast.

Freed time is capacity; cash savings require an actual reduction in spending. Use 0% cash realization when a labor change affects capacity only. Enter additional gross profit after its delivery costs, and exclude any benefit already counted as labor savings. Payback assumes steady monthly benefit after launch and excludes taxes, financing, and ramp-up.

Continue into a larger build, connect more systems, modernize in stages, or arrange ongoing engineering and support. If the first scope does not show enough value, use the evidence to change direction.

Commercial terms, ownership, access, deliverables, and support are specified in the engagement. A first release is not a promise to complete an entire platform in 30 days.

We quote a defined fee once the first scope is clear. The proposal specifies deliverables, acceptance criteria, timing, dependencies, and any ongoing costs. The estimator above is an illustrative business-case tool, not a NetStartups price list.

What do you need from our team?

A business owner, representative tasks or examples, timely feedback, and access to the agreed systems. We can begin with synthetic or public information while authorized access is arranged.

Can you work with our existing systems?

Yes. We can design integrations and extensions around authorized data and interfaces. We confirm access, technical constraints, and vendor dependencies during scoping.

Who owns the work and controls the data?

Delivery can be structured around client-owned or client-controlled repositories, infrastructure, data, and deliverables. Ownership, third-party licenses, model access, retention, and transition rights are defined in the agreement.

How do you decide whether the AI is effective?

We compare the result with representative tasks and the agreed baseline. Evaluation includes source correctness, completeness, review effort, exceptions, adoption, and business contribution. People retain authority over consequential decisions.

What happens after the Sprint?

We review the evidence together and decide whether to expand, refine, or stop. Production approval and continuing support are separately defined. A prototype does not automatically become a live production service.
